First and foremost – congratulations! If you are reading this, chances are you have been deemed worthy of investment by an organization. Whether a business is investing in you to measure your fit for a specific job or investing in your professional development, you are considered a person of interest and value. We're off to a great start already!

At a fundamental level, this process is designed to collect data using both on-line and/or paper and pencil instruments in order that we can paint an objective picture of you. Our approach (on-line, in person or both) will vary depending on the client organization sponsoring your assessment. Regardless of how or where you complete the assessment instruments, the process should be straightforward and stress free.

Our way of assessing individuals might be different from what you've experienced in the past. "I've never been through anything like this before," is frequent feedback we receive from candidates. While probably true, rest assured that we intend to make this a comfortable, unintimidating process for you. The good news is there is nothing that you can prepare or study for. Just be yourself and answer candidly.
