The following are brief biographies of our professional staff. All three have PhD's in applied psychology, and their backgrounds are strong and complementary with regard to most of the problems which call for attention in organization and business environments. They are an energetic and entrepreneurial group that produces high quality, lasting results for their clients.

	Wm. (Chip) Valutis, PhD Dr. Valutis is one of the co-founders of Valutis Consulting, Inc. His expertise includes strategic planning, top team-building seminars, psychological testing for selection and executive development, and organizational development. Dr. Valutis is also a respected authority on family business issues and has contributed articles about family-owned businesses to several publications, including Nation's Business and has facilitated several roundtables and seminars on the topic. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies as well as small, privately-held firms. He holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
	Marsha James Valutis, PhD Dr. James-Valutis is the Vice President of Valutis Consulting, Inc. She specializes in employee selection systems and validation of these systems, as well as psychological assessment for selection and development, and performance management systems. Dr. James-Valutis developed Valutis Consulting, Inc.'s unique 360° Feedback program and has conducted several organizational culture surveys. Her list of past clients includes large companies such as Southwestern Bell Telephone and Anheuser-Busch Companies, as well as privately-held and family-owned firms. Dr. James-Valutis has also taught in the MBA program at the State University of New York at Buffalo. She holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri at St. Louis.
	Ernest W. Valutis, EdD Dr. Valutis co-founded Valutis Consulting, Inc. He has over 20 years of counseling experience and specializes in interpersonal communication, family business issues, conflict resolution, and group dynamics. His private practice includes individual, family, marriage, and group psychotherapy, and is able to help Valutis Consulting, Inc. address extra-sensitive or personal issues that can arise in family businesses. Dr. Valutis holds a doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
