Overview
The development of a strategic business plan is often critical to achieving and advancing success in your business. Businesses that donít plan ultimately rely on luck, which we all know can go either way. However, formal strategic planning is often avoided or resisted, while informal strategic planning may not achieve the results you desire ó and worse, could go against the grain of your overall purpose.

How it Works
Our approach to strategic planning is to form partnerships with our clients and facilitate every step of the process to the degree desired or necessary. Depending on the size and complexity of your organization and amount of analysis and planning already done, we structure a process that meets your needs. This usually involves

2) a structured pre-work booklet designed to get the most relevant knowledge and analysis of the strategic situation before the planning process, and
3) a planning retreat in which the planning committee comes prepared with their individual analyses. During the retreat(s), we help you form core values and purpose, a long-range vision, strategic planning in time segments to achieve that vision, and annual business plans.
