Overview
Today's corporations are wrought with potential pitfalls for executives. Downsizing, restructuring, mergers and ever-changing technology combine to create a dynamic and, at times, overwhelming environment. It is no surprise that executives experience periodic difficulties in managing their responsibilities. The nineties are a time for extra develop-mental efforts if organizations hope to accelerate the growth of current executives and develop high-performing managers for tomorrow.
How it Works
Our executive development program combines two powerful sources of feedback: 1) objective test results, and 2) subjective perceptions from the executive's direct reports and boss. Together, these provide the executive with a well-balanced summary of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities. Candid feedback builds the awareness and insight necessary for change.
After the data have been collected, the executive meets with one of our psychologists to receive feedback. The executive works with the psychologist for six months. During this time they formulate, implement and monitor chosen action plans intended to remove identified barriers and improve overall performance and potential. Role plays, reference books, workshops and regular one-on-one interactions are all part of the process.
