Psychological testing involves a comprehensive and objective evaluation of an individual. Each candidate undergoes either a half or full day of testing. In certain situations this involves an interview with a staff psychologist. The result is a written summary report and an evaluation of the candidate's potential for the job.
How it Works
Our assessment services begin by analyzing the position to be filled. Then a test battery is developed to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities determined necessary to successfully perform the job. All test batteries include:
The tests are administered to the candidate. After completion, they are scored, analyzed and interpreted by one of our psychologists. We then provide verbal feedback within 24 hours. A written report arrives within five working days. For convenience, the tests can be administered at our office or yours.
