Valutis Consulting, Inc. is an organizational consulting and development firm based in Williamsville, New York (just outside of Buffalo). The firm was founded in 1993 by Drs. Wm. (Chip) Valutis and Ernest Valutis, and has grown to include Dr. Marsha James-Valutis. Using their expertise in applied and organizational psychology, our professional staff works closely with all types of businesses, large and small, young and old, public and private, to help fulfill their needs and goals.

     As psychologists, we are aware of the challenges companies face in accomplishing business goals while addressing the challenges of managing behaviors and attitudes, and maintaining good relations and harmony. Our mission as management consultants is to help our clients unlock the potential of their organization and its people in order to achieve optimal business results.
